Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before creating a pjili account or using any pjili service. By registering or continuing to use pjili, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pjili ("pjili", "we", "our", "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pjili.app. These Terms govern all access to and use of the pjili platform, including its website, mobile experience, games, payment systems, promotions, and customer support services.
pjili operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities on pjili are subject to applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulations.

You may not register or use pjili on behalf of any other person. Each person may hold only one (1) pjili Account. Multiple accounts per person constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pjili Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorized each action. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify pjili immediately at [email protected].
pjili will never ask for your password by email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from pjili and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
pjili accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to availability. The minimum deposit is PHP 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

All funds on the pjili Platform are held in Philippine Peso (PHP). If a transaction originates in another currency, conversion will occur at the applicable rate at the time of processing. pjili is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
pjili targets processing of withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. pjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
pjili reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of compliance, fraud prevention, or KYC reviews. Any winnings identified as resulting from exploitation of a technical error, software fault, or bonus abuse will not be paid out and may be voided.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pjili Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if pjili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pjili does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily suspend access. pjili will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.
pjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close your Account at any time and without prior notice if pjili reasonably determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its players.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (excluding voided bonus amounts) will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification, subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
